SYNOPSIS  
Tom and his vampire “Friend” scratch out an existence on the edge of society. Tom does everything for his weak, helpless Friend: protecting him, helping him hunt, providing transport and shelter, keeping him company and getting supplies during the daytime when his Friend can’t venture out. It’s the only life he’s known for the last twelve years.

Escaping from one town, Tom inadvertantly drives to his hometown and bumps into an old schoolmate, and memories of his youth start flooding back. In the days that follow, Tom struggles between loyalty to his Friend and yearning for some kind of a normal life. Lost, confused and full of rage, Tom begins to question the unspoken secret that has driven him all these years to keep his deadly pact.
